row Return/Exchanges Policy 

Returns are accepted for new and unused merchandise with its original packaging for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt for orders placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders. Sale items are final sale and sold as-is. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with the original manufacturer's packaging. Please make sure that the items are well packed. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items are sold as-is and final sale. No refunds or store credit are available for the return of items marked down on our website.

Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 14 days of receipt of order placed in-store or the date of delivered shipment for online orders. 

Online orders may be returned in person at our store within 14 days of the date of delivered shipment during our normal business hours. We will issue you a store credit, or you may exchange your item/s for something new. 

Damaged or incorrect items received will be reviewed and replaced on a case-by-case basis. Please keep all items and packaging as they are received, photos will be required. Damages must be reported within 2 weeks of the package being marked as delivered.

row Cancellation Policy 

Order cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchase if the order has not been shipped. All cancellations incur a 3% restocking fee. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at row@shoprowmiami.com.

If you receive any damaged items, please take photos of the damaged item/s and all packaging materials including the box/parcel. Please forward photos as soon as the item/s are received to row@shoprowmiami.com and hold on to the package and all its materials as they may be required for inspection by postal couriers. 

row Shipping Policy 

Packing and shipping for orders are fulfilled in-house by row. Options of shipping providers and rates will be provided according to package size, weight, and final destination.

Our processing time before an order is shipped is usually between 1-2 business days. Our shipping policy states that the shipping time frames presented at checkout are representative of transit time and do not account for the time it takes us to pack and ship out orders. Delivery time estimates are based on the assumption that products are in stock at location at the time of order. 

We send out orders in the order that they are received however we are able to accommodate a rush if you reach out to us at row@shoprowmiami.com after placing your order and we can make a note with our team to try get your order out to you as soon as possible. 

row In-Store Pick Up Policy

Free In-Store Pick Up is an option available at the time of checkout. Pick-up orders are fulfilled at the store. If selected, orders can be pick up anytime during store hours assuming product availability. Once the order is received, our team will package up the order and you will receive an email notification when the order is ready to collect.
