Mignonette sauce is just as in need of a chic display as your oysters! Our solution is this small pink saucer and clear spoon set, made of borosilicate glass dressed up with our signature pomponette dots. But don't be limited by the name! It will be just as happy to hold your olive oil, salt or secret seasonings. By the way, here is our favourite mignonette sauce recipe: for 12 oysters (4 people), mix 70ml of red wine vinegar with 1 finely minced shallot and a pinch of salt + grind black pepper. Yum!
